lpens

LPENS members are renowned researchers for their work on electronics properties of quantum nanostructures [Car2014, Zib2009]. They will develop the compact models for each type of scatterings based in the envelop function and the rate equation. LPENS members also carry on a long-standing fruitful collaboration with LIMMS [Car2010, Zha2016].
