The research of the IM2NP group is dedicated to the development of atomistic multi-scale quantum transport codes for nano-device simulations. They investigate devices for nanoelectronics [Mou2018], photovoltaics [Cav2020] and quantum thermodynamics [Mic2017, Dar2019]. In GELATO, they will perform numerical simulations coupling electronic and heat transports.
